Our values shape our approach to roofing and waterproofing. Our team is made up of honest, hardworking, dependable, knowledgeable, and passionate individuals, who have devoted their lives to the craft and service of roofing and waterproofing.
Since my dad started Eskola Roofing, over 50 years ago, I have yearned to follow my dad’s example by putting the emphasis on one key attribute for our team to embody – Integrity. True integrity is rare in this world, especially in the roofing industry.
Our primary goal is to restore trust and prioritize the owner’s best interests. This is only possible by surrounding ourselves with like-minded individuals. We have built a company with people that listen first, then act, and deliver a roofing and waterproofing project that will make everyone proud.

Roofing is dangerous work, and no schedule, deadline, or contract is worth an injury. Safety at Eskola starts before anyone sets foot on a roof — with training, planning, and the expectation that every crew member has the authority to stop work when something isn't right. We hold ourselves to that standard whether or not anyone is watching, because the people on our crews go home to families who are counting on them.

A roof is only as good as the workmanship behind it, and shortcuts don't stay hidden for long. We install the full building envelope the way it's meant to be installed — correct details, correct materials, no compromises where the work won't be seen. When we hand a project over, we stand behind it, and we'd rather take the time to do it right than come back to make it right.

Most of our customers don't think about their roof until something goes wrong, and how we show up in that moment defines the relationship. We answer the call, give a straight assessment, and follow through on what we said we'd do. Started in Tennessee, we established ourselves as the authority in the roofing & waterproofing industry throughout the South, and then over the past years have expanded our service reach across the entire United States.
Our expansive experience spans across various industries, including commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, government facilities, hospitality, entertainment, and multi-family.
